What is Viooniq?
Viooniq puts your genes in the app. You can ask questions about yourself. If you want, you also receive nutrients that fit you.
How does the DNA analysis work?
You receive a test kit and take the saliva sample yourself. Your genetics are loaded into the app. Then you carry your genes in your pocket.
Do I have to take the sample myself?
Yes. Nobody comes to you. The test kit explains the steps. You take the saliva sample at home in your own time.
What is in the test kit?
Everything you need for the sample at home comes in the test kit. It has the swab for the saliva sample, a return envelope, the instructions and a welcome letter. The instructions walk you through the steps. Then you send the sample back in the envelope.
How long does it take?
Usually 4 to 6 weeks from the order. Then your genes are in the app. If you also take the nutrients, the first delivery arrives in the same period.

What can I do in the app?
In the app you have a personal assistant. He already knows your genes. You can also upload blood tests and other findings. The more you give him, the more he can tell you. He remembers all of it. You do not have to read the reports yourself. You just ask, and he answers from what he has from you.
Where does the app run?
The app runs on iPhone, on Android and in the browser. You use it on your phone or on a computer. Your genes and everything you upload stay with you there.
Can I take only the analysis?
Yes. You can take the DNA analysis on its own. You can take only the nutrients. Or both as a package. You can buy all three options directly. The analysis stands on its own. The nutrients are the second product, only if you want them.

How do I take the capsules?
You take one capsule every day. Your formula is in it, matched to your genes and your everyday life. That is your daily amount.
Does my formula change?
Your genes stay the same. Your everyday life can change, for example sleep, stress or training. If your situation changes, the formula can be adjusted. Otherwise it stays. A change is only needed if your life changes. The base remains your genetics.
Do I have to take the nutrients as well?
No. Only if you also want to be supplied. The app stays included as long as you take the nutrients.
Is Viooniq medicine?
No. It is your genetic profile in the app. And if you want, a supply that fits you. Not a substitute for medical advice.
How long does the app stay included?
With the DNA analysis the app is included for the first year. If you do not take the nutrients after that, the app is €19.90 a month. If you keep taking the nutrients, the app stays in the price. You only pay the €19.90 if the app should run on its own.
What does Viooniq cost?
The DNA analysis is a one time price of €1,290. The personalised supplements are €1,200 a year. Both together are €2,490 in the first year. You can buy each of the three options. The package is cheaper if you have a referral code.
Is there a better price?
Yes. If you are referred by someone who already uses Viooniq, you get the package for €1,990 instead of €2,490. You get the code from the person who refers you. Without a code the full package price applies. With a code that is €5.45 a day.
Where do you ship?
We ship everywhere in Europe. The test kit and the capsules go to the address you give us.
